PECEP is a non-profit Palestinian NGO founded by a group of Palestinian teachers in Gaza City in 1970. PECEP addresses the urgent needs of Palestinians in the field of early childhood education and development and is devoted to the development of the child's intellectual, psychological, physical and social aspects up to the age of eight. This grant has been extended as urgent financial assistance to rebuild the Jabalia Kindergarten, which was destroyed during the recent crisis.
