BICA was established in 2003 as a non- government and non-profit organization and works in the field of health services in the Wadi Al-Salga village aiming at improving the health status of people. BICA established the Wadi Al-Salga Medical Clinic in 2005.OFID's grant focused on the enhancement of the above mentioned Clinic including the provision of equipment, infrastructure works and medical treatments.
