PPTA was established in 1994, as a national non-profit organization, representing all physical therapists in Palestine. PPTA has the unique vision of representing and developing the work forces in governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as to be the scientific centre for physical therapy. OFID's grant will support the building of the first educational and therapeutic clinic in Gaza. The clinic will provide a one year training to 16 physiotherapists at the time. This will benefit approximately 500 patients suffering any physical trauma.
