Founded in Jerusalem in 1983, PARC operates in Gaza and the West Bank and focuses on rural development and the empowerment of women through the provision of advice, awareness support, services and special consultancies for individuals, groups and institutions involved in similar domains. The grant was extended for the program "From Poor Farmers to Poor Families" and provided 5000 food baskets and supported at least 500 poor and marginalized households, 200 small-scale farmers and 80 women entrepreneurs.
