ERS is a Palestinian charity association established in 2002 with the objective of supporting people with special needs. With this grant OFID will assist in supporting the "Development of Special Education Program", tailored for children with learning disabilities and cerebral palsy. The program helped 87 children, most of them suffering from cerebral palsy and learning disabilities, who have been taught by six specialists, five days a week.
