The Society was established in 2003 in the northern Gaza Strip as a non-governmental organisation. It aims at serving children with disabilities by defending and securing their rights and providing services, rehabilitation and emergency assistance. The grant supported the creation of a rehabilitation and therapy unit for children with special needs.
