The Assalama Charitable Society Organization was established in 2004. It aims at improving life of wounded and disabled persons in the Gaza Strip governorates. OFID supported two projects, namely "Psychosocial Support for Amputees"; and "Electric Wheelchairs for Disabled Persons in the Gaza Strip".
