The PFS is a non profit organization established in 1972, specialized in the area of disabled children care and mentally handicapped children education. In 1985 the PFS established Al-Amal polyclinic with 24 hour emergency and outpatient clinic. The grant amount was used to assist the development of Al Amal Hospital in Jenin, including upgrading skills of the staff; provision of new equipment; supplying medicine for women and children in the village centers and conduct laboratory tests at token fees.
