Zakat hospital was established in 2002 to improve the medical and health services for the Palestinian population in Tulkarm with the aim of supplying the district with needed medical services and sparing the people the travelling costs as well as the physical suffering. The grant has been extended in support of the procurement of additionally needed medical supplies.
