The project was an in-service teacher training and capacity building program, which aimed to provide professional training and upgrading of skills for existing providers of early childhood education and development. At the same time, it seeked to promote the field of early childhood education in the West Bank, specifically the areas of Nablus, Ramallah, Jerusalem and Hebron.
