The project includes the following components: expansion and rehabilitation of irrigation and drainage canals, roads, water collection works as well as land grading on farm plots; expansion of ODVA's Administrative Center at Pont-Sonde; provision of machinery, equipment and vehicles; provision of technical assistance, extension and technology transfer services; as well as social welfare services; construction and equipping of three administrative centers; establishment of a Seed Center consisting of a laboratory and storage facilities; and continuation of a land registration survey and strengthening of the Land Survey Office.
