The conference held from November 7 -1 0, 06 in Ankara, Turkey jointly organized by IAS and the Bilkent University in Ankara, aimed to appraise the performance of the higher education sector and to drew up a plan by IAS for identifying potential leading universities in OIC countries with the goal to identify their difficulties.
