OFID observes UN Int'l Day for the Eradication of Poverty
This year marks the 25th anniversary when the United Nations General Assembly designated October 17 to promote awareness of the need to eradicate poverty worldwide, particularly in developing countries - a goal that lies at the core of OFID's mission. International Day for the Eradication of Poverty
The theme for 2017 is: Answering the Call of October 17 to end poverty:
A path toward peaceful and inclusive societies
