To alleviate the shortage of higher education facilities and improve overall access to quality education in Guizhou Province by constructing additional infrastructure at the university. The project is expected to accommodate an additional 3,800 students. Works to be carried out include construction of over 91,000 m2 of extra facilities to accommodate departments of engineering, physics, science and technology, among others, as well as an auditorium, a gymnasium and four dormitories.
