The project covered the construction and equipment of a specialized Center for the training and studies of mental and physical disabilities in Gammarth, located in the northern suburbs of Tunisia. The Center comprised of BASMA Headquarters, Vocational Center and Recreation Center. It assisted the disabled to ensure their integration in society and maintain self sufficiency.
