This is the third grant allocated to finance the expansion, upgrading and modernization of vocational training programs for Palestinian refugees in seven of UNRWA's training centers. The balance of US$60,450 from the first grant was reallocated to the third grant. All five grants were to cover activities held during the period January 1980 - December 1987.
