This is the first of five grants allocated to finance the expansion, upgrading and modernization of vocational training programs for Palestinian refugees in seven of UNRWA's training centers. The balance of US$60,450 from the first grant was reallocated to the third grant. All five grants were to cover activities held during the period January 1980 - December 1987.
