The grant cofinanced a two-week training seminar scheduled for November 12-24, 2001 in Bamako, Mali. The seminar was held successfully and the participants discussed a number of topics relating to various technical, economical and financial issues involved with the ongoing construction of the Trans-Saharan Road.
