The improved infrastructure, along with community latrines, will be directly managed and maintained by beneficiary households that will receive training from various NGOs. As a result, the beneficiary population will be able to enjoy better living conditions and improved health from the provision of safe water supply and sanitation systems, as well as gains in productivity from the time saved in fetching and boiling water, among other benefits.
