The program aimed at providing the Arab World with legal professionals of the highest standards of academic excellence, committed to the advancement of the rule of law and good governance. The program enriched the region with legal expertise necessary to advance market oriented legal reforms, foreign investment and international commercial relations. The syllabus of the LL.M. degree program was prepared in cooperation with the Harvard Law School.
