The Climate Finance and Energy Innovation Hub - UNCDF

The Climate Finance and Energy Innovation Hub aims to provide an end-to-end policy and finance global platform, which will introduce innovative financing solutions to leverage additional capital for sustainable energy investments. More specifically, SEforALL and UNCDF’s networks, knowledge and capabilities at global and country level will be leveraged to support planning and policy formulation, build country capacities, identify investment opportunities, and develop project pipelines. The Hub has six Pillars: (i) Big Data / Impact; (ii) Energy Compact / Policy and Regulatory Support; (iii) Knowledge and Capacity Building; (iv) Transformative Pipeline Development; (v) Innovative Financing Solutions; and (vi) Financing Partnerships.
