In order to produce and distribute textbooks more affordably, this project will expand the country's printing capacity. Two printing facilities will be rehabilitated and upgraded, with printing presses, binding equipment and other hardware repaired or replaced. Expendables, such as paper, ink and chemicals will provided, and training was given as appropriate.
