Technical Assistance to Support the Implementation of the Integrated Fisheries Sector Strengthening Project (IFSSP)

Objectives: The overall objective of the proposed TA is to ensure effective monitoring and supervision of the IFSSP project. It will be delivered through an individual consultant and will include the following activities: • Provide overall guidance and technical assistance to NaFAA, for the effective implementation of activities, including suggesting eventual changes and improvements to enhance delivery of outputs and achievements of project outcomes as well as address project implementation issues. • Review and provide technical inputs to terms of reference/requests for proposals related to the procurement for the different project activities, as well as to the annual work plans and technical reports to be submitted by the PIU. • Prepare and submit monthly project status reports, as well as an end of consultancy report. • Provide, as needed, comments on the delivery of project activities.
