The research study aimed to increase the capacity of southern Mediterranean countries to manage, promote and upgrade their own traditional resources through the strengthening of cooperation with the northern Mediterranean countries. The project was expected to run over a period of three years (2002-2004). DYNMED has provided a satisfactory final report, however no final financial statement was submitted despite our several reminders. The grant balance of US$20,000 was cancelled.
