PCDS was established in 2000 as a non-profit developmental NGO that focuses on public health in the Palestine territories. PCDS supported the aim to ensure the flow of expensive drugs to the patients who suffered from chronic diseases in the renal system, who were under the dialysis and who had kidney transplantation, heart disease, diabetes and different forms of anaemia.
