This project aims at promoting women’s economic empowerment by supporting greater integration of Gambian women in economic and trade related activities, with a particular focus on rural areas and is expected to directly benefit 70 women-owned enterprises and 500 people working in the textile, horticulture and agribusiness value chains. It is also expected to indirectly benefit an additional 500 WOBs and also increase the revenue of 85 Women Owned Businesses in the textile and horticulture value chains.”
