The LOC's aim is to assist the Government in its efforts to rehabilitate some of the country's damaged agricultural and industrial enterprises through credits to small private investors. The LOC is geared towards supporting the Government's strategy to revive and bolster the productive capacity of the country's agricultural and industrial enterprises under its overall program for economic recovery.
