The overall objective of this project was to increase the quality and quantity of science and technology personnel. Improving the quality of teaching and enlarging faculties expanded graduate and post-graduate education and research opportunities, with particular attention being paid to the development of industry-related design and consultancy skills, and several new laboratories were funded.
