The grant was extended to ILI in support of its Regional Campuses Network in developing countries. The project aimed at establishing a network in the developing world providing professional training and technical assistance in finance, management, law and governance. Through the regional focus, local needs were addressed and sustainable growth promoted, while drawing on the combined experience of local and international experts.
