Established in 1993 in Nusierat Camp, Gaza Strip, with the aim to raise cultural awareness and enhance morals and social work spirit in the Palestinian community, to built up networks of sharing and participation, to conduct research in the area of social and cultural development and to provide health care to injured people and families. The grant supported the continuity of the Association's activities to serve the deprived communities in the Gaza Middle Zone and Khan Younis Province.
