World Links Arab Region (WLAR) was launched in 2003 to improve educational outcomes, economic opportunities and global understanding for Youth in the Arab region through the use of technology and internet. Teachers learn to integrate participatory learning with technology for improved educational results. The grant contributed to the “Teacher Professional Development Program”.
