Established in 2001, as a non-profit national NGO, RWDS aims to upgrade the economic and social conditions of the Palestinian rural women. RWDS operates in the West Bank and Gaza Strip with the vulnerable and impoverished women communities (83 women cooperation and 50 community centers throughout the West Bank and Gaza), with a large share of voluntary work from beneficiary communities. The grant assisted RWDS in the continuity of its activities.
