In order to combat a deteriorating urban infrastructure, this scheme will carry out a series of sub-projects which will include:
- rehabilitation of drainage systems, schools, health centers and other community facilities;
- carrying out of road maintenance;
- establishment of clean-up campaigns; and
- improvement of garbage collection and waste disposal methods.
