The objectives aim at enhancing the capacities of the affected communities, construction and maintenance of additional educational facilities in disadvantaged regions and reducing additional recurrent costs for education through involvement of the communities in maintenance and repair. The new physical structure and other facilities would elicit a favourable impact on the level of primary school enrolments.
