The grant’s proceeds were in support of the preparation of technical studies and policy papers ahead of the 60th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). The five papers and four studies commissioned in this regard contributed to the thorough preparedness of the G-77 in view of upcoming negotiations critical to the promotion of vital interests of developing countries.
