To upgrade infrastructure in order to provide potable water and safe sanitation services to over 135,000 people, thereby improving health indicators and reducing pollution of the watershed.
- rehabilitation and expansion of the existing water supply system, including construction of pumping stations and new water tanks;
- replacement/installation of water distribution pipes;
- rehabilitation of exisitng chlorination plant and construction of a new water filtering and treatment plant;
- expansion and rehabilitation of sewer network;
- establishment of adequate administrative and commercial infrastructure to guarantee adequate level of tariff collection and client service; and
- procurement of equipment and machinery for construction works during the project's implementation, as well as their operation and maintenance after its completion.
