This project will build and equip student dormitories able to house 1,500 students and a new training and academic research unit in the science and technology fields. The new research unit will provide better training to youth, thus responding to the country's growing need of a higher-qualified workforce. A new university program will be offered to graduate students in civil engineering, mining, IT, physics, chemistry, mathematics and geology. The project is expected to benefit nearly 4,000 graduate and post-graduate students/year.
