Orientation Program for Energy Managers

This grant financed the attendance of managers from developing countries at workshops organized by the Austrian state oil company, OMV. The workshops were co-sponsored by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce and the OMV. Four workshops were organized: The first was a Refinery Workshop for Technical Consultation, held in April 1981; the second was on Production Planning and Energy Consultation in Petroleum Refineries, held in May 1982; the third was Maintenance Control and Inspection in Petroleum Refineries, held in September 1983; and the fourth was on Maintenance and Plant Inspection in Petroleum Refineries, held in November 1984.
