The proposed project aims to improve effectiveness and coordination of mini-grid sector support through Odyssey, a web-based data platform launched in 2017 with funding from the Shell Foundation. The platform will enable project developers to design, build, and operate rigorous data-driven micro-grids as well as allow OFID to facilitate collaboration on mini-grid investments and tracking of impact and performance.
