This program entailed a joint Master Degree program on Water Resource Management in two specialized research institutions in Jordan and Germany. It was directed towards young professionals from Arab Countries and Germany. The grant covered seven full-time scholarships (six scholarships were awarded in 2014, and the remaining seventh scholarship was awarded in 2015). The scholars have all graduated with a dual Masters degree, having written Master theses on related subjects, and achieved satisfactory final grades.
