The project includes the enlargement of the existing jetty (175m x 8m) to the required dimensions (250m x 32m) for the berthing and adequate servicing of large vessels; the construction of a pier (80 x 25m) to accommodate coasters; the construction of 16.5 m2 hangars and a 25 m x 9m bridge over the river that flows into the port; and the purchase of two tugs and handling equipment.
