The grant financed the training of two hospital technicians from the Pyongnam Area Hospital. The program consisted of courses covering system control, functionality and handling as well as the common components of several systems acquired under the OPEC Fund loan-financed rehabilitation/expansion of the Phongnam Hospital project in the DPR of Korea. The training was provided by the equipment supplier took place in Germany and Austria.
