This project aims at improving the quality of health care in the Turkmenabat district through the following activities:
- construction of a modern diagnostics center with the capacity to treat 50,000 patients and conduct 1.5 million tests per year;
- provision of all equipment and furniture;
- construction of a 5,000 m² main building with special wards for cardiology, gastro-enterology, surgery and pediatrics and other medical disciplines;
- construction of a laboratories, administration offices and support facilities.
