The grant supported a Regional Seminar on Management Techniques on Road Maintenance to be held from July 17 – August 17, 2000 in N’djamina, Chad. The economic and financial study made on the Trans – Saharan Road, offer training in the use of a model on planning and maintenance in desert environment, as well as exchange of information among the technical and administrating staff of the concerned countries were discussed.
