The project consists of: a) a three-year training program for road maintenance including i) technical assistance (120 man-months) and ii) fellowships and local training; b) procurement of road maintenance equipment; c) pavement strengthening of the road in the areas of i) civil works and ii) supervision of works; d) pre-investment studies; and e) technical assistance (60 man-months).
