The project consists of 2 parts: A) A four-year countrywide agricultural credit program by Fondo Ganadero to finance the productive facilities and resources necessary for increasing livestock production and, in the case of small and medium-size farmers, increasing the production of livestock and agricultural crops, mainly soybeans and cotton, if they are part of a mixed crop-livestock operation. B) Technical Assistance Program.
