The grant sponsored the participation of delegates from developing countries in the Global Off-Grid Solar Forum and Expo, held from 21 to 24 January 2018 in Hong Kong. This event was the world’s leading meeting of the off-grid solar sector providing a unique platform for knowledge exchange, networking and showcasing off-grid solar products and services. The grant covered travel and accommodation costs in addition to conference fees of at least 17 delegates.
