This project involved the establishment of an advanced institute for engineering and technology on a 218-acre campus at Topi. Designed to accommodate a maximum enrolment of 1,000 students, the institute includes a teaching complex, conference rooms, computer center, auditorium, research library, cafeteria, gymnasium, student dormitories and staff housing, and offers both undergraduate and doctoral degrees.
