This project will develop some 3,000 hectares of land to allow for annual double cropping of rice, vegetables and fruits, and an increased yield of rainfed maize, sorghum, millet, cassava and groundnuts. Activities will also include the construction of irrigation and drainage networks, as well as roads, boreholes and other support infrastructure.
