The project consists of the following:
- establishment of six fishing bases with corresponding fishing cooperatives;
- construction of infrastructure and purchase of boats and fishing gear, machinery, operating equipment and refrigerator lorries;
- establishment of a Central Federation in charge of marketing the products of the cooperatives; and
- provision of technical assistance.
